Hello, my name is Margie Wiesner Hunter. My Sugarfoot Stories are a series of Christian legacy books that I am extremely excited to be writing — written to help readers see that there can be hope in dark times, if you believe in a higher power, have a strong work ethic, and a desire to do the right thing.
Book One
The series kicks off with Thick as Thieves: Angels on Willow Street, which follows the thrilling adventures of four kids post–WW2. Money was tight and times were hard; however, folks had dreams in their hearts and dug in their heels to keep believing they had what it took to survive. Perhaps not so different from the struggles many of us face today?
